In the fall of odd numbered years, the Greater Houston Area Coordinating Council hosts a Reception and a Luncheon in honor of the new Texas State Organization president.  This fall, several Zeta Omega members traveled to the Houston Racquet Club to honor and to visit with TSO President Joanne Webb Davis.
