December 2020 Zeta Omega Christmas Celebration
Although there were only a few of us, we had a super nice time! We were able to be socially-distanced and, then, masked when we were not eating or drinking. DiAnn is a very gracious hostess and her home is always festively decorated.

Congratulations to Luz Del Carmen Acevedo who is our 2020 Zeta Omega Grant-in-aid recipient.

Luz, who would like to become a math teacher, is graduating from Pasadena High School with a rank of 3/549. She has been accepted to both Texas A&M and UT-Austin.

Luz writes (in her application essay) that she has been influenced to pursue a career in education by her experiences in tutoring other students in math. She enjoys seeing students apply what she has taught them to a variety pf problems.
