At the International Convention, Dr. Jensi Souders was installed as our International President for the 2010 - 2012 biennium.  Her chosen theme is Embracing Our Vision ~ Designing Our Future.  Dr. Souders said, "Our vision is 'leading women educators impacting education worldwide.' "

As in the past we partnered with the U.N. to work with women educators in Afghanistan, so now we are  turning our focus to Africa.  Our new International project is partnering with the U.N. on the Schools for Africa project.

During the International Convention, the Revision of the Constitution and Standing Rules was accepted..  At the General Session one morning, Zeta Omega was one of the chapters recognized in all three of the Shoe-In Membership Challenge categories.  Congratulations to us!  Also, Diane Moose was recognized as one of 183 Women of Vision and Action.
